Steven Schrock

MDiv, MA, LPC

Steven Schrock is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned his Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. He approaches counseling with a focus on helping clients experience meaningful and lasting change, offering a supportive relationship where clients feel both encouraged and thoughtfully challenged as they engage their growth.

Steven works primarily with adults navigating burnout, particularly those in leadership or high-pressure environments. He helps clients address patterns such as perfectionism, chronic stress, addictive behaviors, and emotional rigidity, with the goal of supporting greater mental, emotional, and relational health. He is especially passionate about helping people move toward a life marked by greater freedom and flourishing.

Outside of counseling, Steven enjoys spending time adventuring with his family, landscaping and gardening, and cooking elaborate meals.
