Megan Erdmann
MA, LCMHCA
Megan Erdmann is a counselor who holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. Megan welcomes clients into a steady, safe space to explore current struggles, process emotions, and engage their story with curiosity. She believes healing often begins when hurts are named and supported with hope and care.
Megan works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, postpartum mental health concerns, life transitions, body image and disordered eating, grief, trauma, abuse, and relational challenges. Her approach is attachment-focused and person-centered, with psychodynamic integration. She also draws from emotionally focused therapy, solution-focused work, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems-informed care.
Outside of counseling, Megan enjoys time with friends and family, walks and hikes, traveling, podcasts, shows, and yoga. Before becoming a counselor, she served for several years in campus ministry, which shaped her commitment to staying connected to self while caring for others.
