Megan Banner

MA

Megan Banner holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary and brings a deeply relational, whole-person approach to care. She is trained in Narrative Focused Trauma Care and has additional formation in somatic body work, attachment education, and story work coaching. Megan views the counseling relationship as a vital part of healing and growth and hopes to meet each person right where they are with secure, compassionate support.

Megan works with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, and experiences of abuse. With more than a decade in ministry leadership, she is especially passionate about supporting those who carry the weight of leadership and helping clients explore how their relationships with God, themselves, and others can become places of true connection and restoration.

Outside of counseling, Megan enjoys time with her husband and three children, hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, cooking and baking, reading, and finding fun treasures at thrift stores.
