Mary Elizabeth Blake

MA, ALC

Mary Elizabeth Blake is a counselor who earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. She views the counseling relationship as a meaningful and intentional connection grounded in safety, respect, and clear boundaries, where clients are gently supported and thoughtfully challenged as they grow through suffering.

Mary Elizabeth works with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, family systems concerns, women's health issues, and spiritual integration. She is especially passionate about helping clients remain anchored in the hope of the gospel while integrating evidence-based psychological approaches to support healing and lasting change.

Outside of counseling, Mary Elizabeth enjoys life with her husband and two children, imaginative play, and creative outlets such as embroidery and painting. Her path to counseling began in campus ministry, where she learned the importance of helping people engage their stories with truth, hope, and healing.
