Lauren Theriault
MA, RMHCI
Lauren Theriault is a counselor who earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. Lauren blends a compassionate yet honest approach to care, integrating trauma-informed and evidence-based practices alongside client-led story work. She values offering both practical tools and a space where clients feel deeply heard and cared for.
Lauren works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, trauma, family-of-origin dynamics, behavioral patterns, spiritual or church-related hurt, and experiences of miscarriage, infertility, and postpartum adjustment. She is especially passionate about helping people find healing, build skills, and reconnect with faith in ways that foster a meaningful, life-giving path forward.
Outside of counseling, Lauren enjoys creative expression through dance, music, and fine art, spending time outdoors, and traveling. She is married, a new mother, and actively involved in cultivating worship and arts ministries within her church and local community.
