Dakota Lee
MA LMHC
Dakota Lee is a counselor with graduate training from Reformed Theological Seminary. Dakota hopes clients feel known and come to know themselves in ways that empower them to move through life with greater confidence and purpose. His approach is influenced by person-centered, emotion-focused, existential, gestalt, and experiential perspectives.
Dakota works with individuals navigating grief, addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, family systems concerns, and career or life transitions. He is especially passionate about helping people discover internal and external bravery as they make honest sense of their thoughts and emotions.
Outside of counseling, Dakota enjoys reading classic literature and philosophy, playing guitar and bass, volunteering at church, leading grief support groups, and watching sports.
