Christi Polk is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with graduate training from Asbury Theological Seminary. She works from a whole person, trauma informed lens and is committed to a compassionate, collaborative approach where clients feel truly seen, known, and supported.
Christi has been part of TRI since 2016 and has a deep appreciation for those in ministry and cross cultural work who are navigating the unique challenges of serving others while trying to care for themselves. She is passionate about helping clients build healthy relationships with God, self, and others, and loves walking alongside them as they move toward greater wholeness and a more present way of living.
Outside of counseling, Christi enjoys yoga, reading, spending time outdoors, and life with her family and French bulldog Winnie.
