Complete the Intake Form

Follow the link below to fill out your intake paperwork. This includes a few questions and preferences to help us connect you with a counselor who is the best fit.

Get Matched with a Counselor

Once we receive your paperwork, our team will review it and connect you with one of our counselors. You'll then hear directly from your counselor by email to schedule your first appointment.

Begin Counseling

After your first session is scheduled, you'll work directly with your counselor to set up future appointments. If at any point you feel the match is not the right fit, you can request to be connected with a different counselor.

Billing

You will receive an invoice by email at the end of each month for your agreed-upon percentage of session fees. Invoices can be paid by credit card or HSA card, with other payment methods available upon request.
